8/1/2021 I want to start off by saying that I have to seriously be wow-ed to take the time to write a review (let alone a 5 star review). I switched mortgage lenders somewhat late in my home buying process. Josh at Simplified Mortgages came highly recommend and did not disappoint! After my initial phone call with Josh, I immediately got the sense that I was in good hands. The team was communicative, efficient, and always made sure I knew what was required of me. Being a first time home buyer, I had a lot to worry about but my mortgage being in the hands of Josh and Andy was not one of them.
